This house has a nice sense of place without being too self-conscious. Great views and nice transition between indoor and outdoor space. Over 4,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms for 3.5 million.
This house has over 2800 sq feet of patios and decks for that great outdoor living we love so much in California...
It's been a busy August traveling from coast to coast. A memorial service for my husband's grandmother took us to Portsmouth N.H. and my sister in law's and husband's rehabbed home built in 1720 :
They had to sell their sailboat to add a bathroom and dormer upstairs but they did a great job.
I loved the outside shower ! Great when you have a house full of visitors....
And then to Wisconsin where my brother and his wife have 2 cute cottages on Lake Okacchi and lots of room for the family to spread out.
